Synexus Poland. A social media calendar built around awareness days.
How we planned a year of Polish-language social content for a clinical research provider around global health awareness dates.
A clinical research provider can’t post like a consumer brand, but it still needs a reason to show up in someone’s feed every week. Global health awareness days turned out to be that reason.
The approach
Instead of inventing topics from scratch, we built the Polish content calendar around the dates people were already searching for: World Alzheimer’s Month, World Osteoporosis Day, World Heart Day, Chronic Kidney Disease, International Clinical Trials Day, RSV, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, COPD. Each one became a short, illustrated post explaining the condition in plain terms, with the trial connection made honestly rather than forced.
Why it works
- Relevance without invention. The calendar writes itself a year in advance, and every post has a built-in reason to exist.
- Consistency builds trust. A regular cadence of educational posts, not recruitment pitches, is what makes the occasional recruitment post land when it does appear.
- Reusable format. One illustration style, one caption structure, swapped in per condition, so production stays fast even with a dozen-plus topics a year.
Takeaway
For a brand that can’t chase trends, the health calendar already exists. The work is choosing which dates matter to your audience and saying something useful on each one.
